Quick answers

• My purchase is not showing up. Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, email us with the approximate purchase date.
• The microphone is not working. Check that SoundLike has microphone access in your iPhone Settings under Privacy and Security, then Microphone.
• Grading says it is unavailable. This usually means a weak connection. The app will fall back to on-device feedback and full grading returns when you are back online.
• I want a refund. Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• I want to start over. Settings has an Erase Everything option that clears all progress from your device.
