SoundLike Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the SoundLike app, made by Zen Partner Enterprises, LLC. By using the app you agree to them.

What SoundLike is

SoundLike helps you practice English pronunciation with guided lessons and automated feedback on your speech. The feedback is generated by speech recognition technology. It is a practice aid, not a certified language assessment, and scores may not always be perfect. Accents are natural and nothing in the app should be read as saying yours is a problem.

Purchases

SoundLike Pro, which unlocks every lesson pack and unlimited AI grading, is a subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Fair use

You may use SoundLike for your own personal learning. Please do not attempt to copy the lesson content for redistribution, reverse engineer the app, or abuse the grading service with automated traffic.

Availability

The speech grading feature depends on online services. We work to keep them available, but they may occasionally be down for maintenance or reasons outside our control. When grading is unavailable, the app falls back to on-device feedback where it can.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Zen Partner Enterprises, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
